The Ti of 321 stainless steel exists as a stabilizing element, but it is also a heat-strong steel, which is much better than 316L. 321 stainless steel has good abrasion resistance in organic acids and inorganic acids of different concentrations and temperatures, especially in oxidizing media, which is used to manufacture wear-resistant acid containers and wear-resistant equipment linings and pipelines.
321 stainless steel is Ni-Cr-Ti austenitic stainless steel, its performance is very similar to 304, but because of the addition of metal titanium, so that it has better grain boundary corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. Due to the addition of titanium metal, it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.
321 stainless steel has excellent high temperature Stress Rupture performance and high temperature Creep Resistance stress mechanical properties are better than 304 stainless steel. It is suitable for welding components used at high temperature.
